How the guarantee works

When you place an order with STEM Donkey, your payment is held securely. It is only released to your expert after you review and approve the delivery. This means you are always protected — no payment leaves your account until you're satisfied.

If you receive your work and it doesn't match the brief you submitted, contact us and request a revision. Revisions are free for 14 days. If after revisions the work still doesn't meet the original requirements, you may request a refund.

Refund eligibility

You are entitled to a full or partial refund if:

Your work is delivered after the deadline you specified and you can no longer use it
After 14 days of revision attempts, the work does not meet the original brief
You paid for a service we cannot deliver (e.g. a discipline we don't cover)
Duplicate payment was made in error

Refunds do not apply if:

You change your brief significantly after the order is placed and the work has started
The work was completed correctly but you changed your mind
The revision request falls outside the 14-day window without a valid reason
You have already approved and downloaded the order

Revision policy

Revisions are free within 14 days of delivery, provided the revision request relates to the original brief. We do not charge for revisions that correct errors, adjust formatting, or clarify technical explanations. We revise until the work is right.

For coding assignments: if your code does not run as expected or does not implement the requirements outlined in your original brief, we fix it at no charge within the revision window.
