STEM Donkey provides academic writing and technical support as a reference and educational resource. All work produced by our experts is intended to be used as a study aid, reference material, or model answer to help you understand your subject — not to be submitted as your own work in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with your institution's academic integrity rules. STEM Donkey accepts no responsibility for how work is used after delivery.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order by the deadline you specified. In the event of late delivery due to circumstances within our control, our money-back guarantee applies (see Section 6).
Free revisions are available for 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the revision request relates to the original brief and does not represent a significant change of scope. Revision requests that substantially change the scope of the original order may be treated as a new order.
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Upon full payment and approval of an order, all rights to the delivered work transfer to you. Our experts retain no rights to the content after delivery. You may use the work for personal educational and reference purposes.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and orders, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your identity or order details with third parties, including educational institutions.
STEM Donkey's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including academic penalties, arising from your use of delivered work.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
